4/18/22: The meeting was called to order at 7:32 pm by Bryan Patterson (KB8ELG) with 15 members in attendance, introductions were made and the pledge of allegiance was given by all.

David L. Nelson, age 84, of Wauseon, passed away April 3, 2022, at Genacross in Napoleon. David was a truck driver for many years.

Dave was born on January 4, 1938 in Sioux City, Iowa, to the late David and Grace (Peck) Nelson. On May 7, 1985, Dave married Marilyn Shuster, and she survives. Dave was an amateur radio operator, his call sign being KA8KDS. Dave enjoyed bluegrass music, and thus was learning to play the banjo. He also enjoyed camping and loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Due to it being President's Day, we do not have access to the Admin Building.  The meeting will be at the Delta 109 Restaurant at the same time (7:30pm).

For the immediate future, all stated meetings will be returning to the 2nd floor of the County Admin building in Wauseon.  This takes effect starting with our stated meeting for January on the 17th.  The normal meeting time remains unchanged.

Club members got together on Monday for the Annual Club Christmas Dinner at the Delta 109. We had about 24 members and guests in attendance as we close out the year and look forward to a better 2022.  The next regular club meeting will be January 17, 2022 which will include officer elections.
