10/16/23: The meeting was called to order at Fulton County Museum and Welcome Center, 8848 State Hwy 108, Wauseon, OH 43567 at 7:30 pm by Bryan Patterson (KB8ELG). 23 members were in attendance, introductions were made and the Pledge of Allegiance was given by all.

• Bills/Income presented. FCARC equipment sold-- $400 income. Motion to approve KE8YDW/KE8QJV.

• Proposed K8BXQ Event signs created by Spray Signs. $16 each including shipping. Agree to purchase 10 signs for $160. Motion to approve: KE8BHW/N5XDM.

Repeater Maintenance: reschedule to 11/11/23 1:00 PM.

 

KB8ELG double check back up repeater, was told everything was unplugged in shed. County Road M and 16, get a hold of the persons. Make sure back up will work in case K8BXQ repeater goes down.

 

POTA activation monthly using FCARC call sign 10/21/23 9:00 to 12:00 PM at Harrison Lake State Park. Memorial for Silent Keys. Looking for names and call signs. Deadline Wednesday 10/18/23.

Fox Hunt: KC8HDG will be the next Fox, planned Sunday 10/22/23 at 2:00PM. Begin 147.195, then 146.46.

N5XDW generously gifted the club with radio equipment. Agreed this will be used for Member Raffle at Winter Hamfest.

 

Trustee Repeater License. Currently in WD8KRS name. Proposed changing bylaws to ensure Trustee Repeater License be in Club President's name. KB8ELG pursuing.
